Refund & Delivery Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of web development and design services, refunds are strictly governed by the stage of the project: • Setup/Advance fees are non-refundable once design or development work has commenced. • If a project is cancelled by the client before any technical work begins, a full refund (minus any payment gateway processing charges) will be issued within 5-7 business days. • Recurring maintenance or hosting invoices can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Shipping & Delivery Policy (Digital Goods): • We deal entirely in digital services (website development, web applications, and digital setup). No physical goods are shipped. • "Delivery" is defined as the handover of the digital product (e.g., website going live on the agreed domain or code being transferred). • Delivery timelines vary per project and are explicitly stated in the private project notes/agreement agreed upon prior to invoicing. Standard projects are typically delivered within 2 to 4 weeks.
